After designing the original Anything Pant from the bones up I was thrilled to see it become 686's most popular ever pants. I was even more excited when our testers confirmed that despite having styling that fits in on a city street, the Anything Pant stood up to and even improved some serious outdoor adventures. It was at this point we began looking for how to evolve the pant even further. We looked at how the Anything Pant's new articulation had improved the function of the Anything pant compared to pants of a similar silhouette and decided to revisit designing a Gore-Tex hiking pant. I was very excited to adapt the Anything Pant to work with Gore-Tex Infinium while also adding a few features to make this product's story even more relevant.
